I started running three years ago and have always wanted to somehow tie running into a charity.  Being an Ultra Marathoner gives me a great opportunity since it is so many miles.  After considering options that already exist I decided to forge ahead on my own and come up with my own fundraiser.  I chose Children's Hospital as the recipient because as a Dad there is nothing more important than my own child's health and Children's Hospital goes above and beyond in their quest to keep our children healthy.  I hope I never have to use them but I know if I do my child will get the best care possible.
